Today I am reflecting on this past weekend and how I have be reassured just what my job here on earth is. Several of my business partners and I met up and hosted a retreat for our team members to celebrate their accomplishments with our business. We laughed, cried, sang, and danced together and we really established what family and love means to our team.
To some people our business may just be a way to make some extra cash, but to our team, it is about so much more. Our goal is to change much more than their financial status. We want to help our team grow spiritually, mentally, and physically.
We have something very unique happening in this group. I know that God’s purpose for me is to lift doubt, fear, insecurities and the thoughts of failure from the lives of others! I know that it’s my job to show them that they can love Christ yet still enjoy life! I know that I’m supposed to accept those who others turn away and not judge those who are being judged by others.
Like I said, this is not just a business, this is a life style that my leaders and I have worked so hard to build together. We want to impact the lives of everyone who joins our team and we hope to help them make significant changes to better their lives.
The word we focused on this weekend was impact and how important it is to be a positive and healthy impact on someone’s life. That is our goal as team leaders inside AND outside of our business. My daily goal is to impact someone’s life in a positive way each day. Whether it is spreading the word of my business or helping them carry their groceries to their car. An impact can be made even with the smallest effort and you can change someone’s life for the better!! Make IMPACT your word of encouragement this week and change a life!
