Being organized with your business is much more important than most people think. Organization leads to smarter business decisions, better time management, and more wealth.
Even though getting organized can be hard, it’s essential when running a business. If you are constantly looking for someone’s phone number or trying to find the post it note you wrote an appointment on last week, you are going to waste away so many opportunities. Think of all the time you waste on meaningless tasks each day. Even if it’s only 15 minutes per day, that adds up to almost 2 hours of time wasted each week that you could have spent growing your business. I don’t know about you, but I can get a lot done for my business in two hours, so organization is crucial to me.
Another benefit of being organized is making smarter business decisions. It’s much easier to focus on what is best for your business when you don’t have to worry about things being so hectic. Being disorganized leads to many distractions and that can lead to poor business decisions, and poor business decisions lead to money lost. If you actually had the opportunity each day to think about the future of your business and research certain decisions that are on the table, you could become so much wealthier.
Which now leads to my last benefit of organization. WEALTH. By doing one simple thing of organizing your business AND life, you can open so many more doors for yourself. More time equals more money. I can promise you, disorganization is not going to get you more time, it’s going to earn you stressful days and your business will suffer.
Think about how often you shy away from your business because of your failed organization habits. Then think about all of the opportunity wasted as a result of that. I know you want success. You wouldn’t have started your business if you didn’t, so stop wasting your time and get your business organized so you can focus on what is important. Which is managing your time better so it leads to more opportunities and better business decisions, which will lead to more WEALTH!!!
